Commercial Insurance Associate – Hub International

As a Commercial Insurance Associate, you will apply your attention to detail and client service skills while working with Producers and Marketers on our commercial accounts. You will build long‑term relationships, handle client inquiries, and manage policy documentation.

A Day in the Life

• Assist producers and marketers with servicing commercial accounts.
• Meet client needs and process documentation: certificates of insurance, cover notes, renewals, proposals, endorsements, in‑house policies, invoicing, finance contracts, customer correspondence.
• Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from insurers before forwarding to the client.
• Contact clients for renewal information.
• Take client calls and answer coverage questions while processing online quotes.
