This position will be based in Monterrey and will report to the Head of Distribution:
Position requires the following abilities and experience:
10+ years of experience leading brokers / agents teams
Strong relationships with Brokers and Clients in Monterrey
Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
Teamwork, negotiation skills, work under pressure, commitment, problem solving,
Outstanding level of Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook capabilities
Process optimization, good communication, proactive, ability to prioritize, client service
Adequate control of financials / pipeline
Able to operate within a fast-paced industry and being able to adapt to change in a demanding commercial environment.
