About The Team

The Commercial Contracts Manager will have primary responsibility for the Kinaxis Commercial Legal team in supporting and leading contracting activities between Kinaxis and its vendors, partners, and customers. These activities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, administering, updating, and working with a variety of contracts and other legal documents, primarily relating to procurement of goods and services for Kinaxis. The role independently handles diverse contracting matters, using strong judgement to keep negotiations and workflows moving efficiently while aligning with Commercial Legal standards.
