Responsibilities
Support the procurement teams with standard contract templates for different units and subsidiaries of Pilatus.
Coordinate and establish templates with the Legal department.
Draft and conduct negotiations for all contracts in cooperation with the responsible commercial managers of the procurement team.
Coordinate contractual aftermarket topics with the commercial contract manager aftermarket.
Create executive summaries of the substantial contracts being negotiated, outlining commercial and legal risks and conditions.
Create reports, statistics and analysis, and communicate the results in a meaningful, clear and structured fashion to the Management of all involved Units.
