The Opportunity

The client is seeking a Commercial Client Service Associate to join their team. This position plays an important role in supporting a Commercial Insurance Specialist and delivering exceptional service to commercial clients. The successful candidate will help manage annual reviews, renewals, and day-to-day administrative service work that keeps clients informed, protected, and confident in their insurance program.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing client interaction, organization, and behind-the-scenes coordination. In addition to providing high-quality service, the Client Service Associate will also support business development efforts by participating in select sales-related activities and helping identify opportunities within the existing book of business.
