Fitzrovia is looking for a Commercial Asset Management Associate to enhance the management of our thriving commercial portfolio in Toronto and Montreal. This full-time, in-office position requires proactive engagement in leasing and financial operations.
You’ll collaborate closely with Asset Management and Property Management teams to develop and execute business plans that optimize asset performance. Your responsibilities will include managing tenant relations, conducting financial analysis, and supporting leasing strategies that align with organizational goals.
