Monitoring daily system health dashboards including Splunk, Grafana and Control M for Digital Banking and core banking services
Reviewing and action Digital Banking tickets in ServiceNow following defined triage and documentation standards
Assisting with ticket updates, backlog management and ensuring proper categorization and assignment
Supporting Command Centre analysts with incident documentation including timelines, impact statements and communication updates
Monitoring recurring daily operational tasks across pre COB, COB and post COB activities
Escalating anomalies or trends observed in dashboards and participate in team discussions on potential monitoring gaps
