• Provide technical leadership in natural color chemistry in collaboration with the Category Technical Leader.
• Design and execute research projects focused on tangible, timely business impact.
• Lead several innovation projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
• Contribute to protecting innovation through patent strategies and IP development.
• Identify new methodologies or technologies that advance applied color science and operational effectiveness.
• Manage collaborations with external partners when strategically relevant to business outcomes.
• Assess resource needs and support technical competency development to sustain high‑performance project execution.
