Key Responsibilities

• Download and process daily booking requests, and send them to customers within the required period.
• Handle all customers’ demands to ensure requests are promptly attended.
• Maintain system accuracy: ensure routes, weight, POL/PODs, commodities, temperature, and all other information are correct in the PIL system.
