Responsibilities:
2+ years’ experience in a related position is required
Good understanding of the properties of concrete, resins, hardeners, and sealers
Knowledge and understanding of company materials, machinery, and installation techniques
Experienced with shot blasting, diamond grinding, concrete polishing, joint filling, self-leveling, waterproofing, tank
linings, polyurethane, MMA, and epoxy flooring.
Able to meet installation deadlines and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Experience reading blueprints is an asset, including the ability to take direction and execute plans.
Requirements:
Previous experience with concrete floor repair and restorative services.
