BCI is hiring a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to design, run, and continually improve the core infrastructure behind one of Canada’s largest institutional investors. The role is for senior, hands‑on engineers who value ownership and complexity and who will work across cloud and on‑prem infrastructure that directly supports global investment operations. The position may be based in Victoria or Vancouver.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of a secure platform operational and services strategy; develop and implement governance, policies, standards, and guidelines aligned to industry frameworks and best practices.
• Develop and implement technical infrastructure roadmaps supporting BCI’s strategic objectives; collaborate with Technology teams on roadmap planning, development, and implementation.
