Overview Provides executive leadership for the organization’s Managed Services portfolio, owning vision, strategy, delivery, and overall performance. Responsible for service operations, customer experience, and technical delivery across cloud, modern workplace, security, and infrastructure services. Ensures scalable, profitable, and high‑quality service delivery aligned to SLAs, Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) standards, and measurable business outcomes. Accountable for establishing and maintaining delivery excellence across the entire Managed Services portfolio.
