PLANT MANAGER

Position Mission: Supervise and coordinate all production activities for the Testing and Repair operation group to maintain a quality management system, which will meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures detailed written instructions are followed for repairs of electronic components of computers, drives, amps, and chillers.
  • Uses oscilloscopes, multimeters, computers, and specialized test equipment for troubleshooting and isolating electronic failures in equipment.
  • Ensures product is repaired/tested and shipped in a timely manner ensuring the customer metric targets are achieved.
  • Provides follow-up status for customer service department.
