Role Purpose

Serve as the enterprise technical owner for Corning’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and integrated as Corning’s single system of record for contracts.

Establish and protect the technical foundation so CLM can scale beyond Wave 1 and support all contract types globally

• Architecture, integrations, data model, migration patterns, and security posture.
• Close collaboration with Accenture delivery team and Corning Legal/IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Balancing enterprise standardization with regional/legal‑entity flexibility.
• Preventing over‑customization that would slow future waves.
• Ensuring high‑quality migration of ~30k legacy contracts.
