II. JOB PURPOSE

This function manages the day-to-day CLIREC reconciliation operations to provide delivery of systems and services in order to meet or exceed agreed services levels for all 34 affiliates. The function ensures that reconciliation services are processed for all affiliates and accurate updates made available for users before business hours.

Iii. Principal Accountabilities

Reports directly to Head, Group Batch Processing.

Ensures that after the movement flexcube EOD data to the History table, Clirec services are refreshed to enable a quick update of the files on daily bases.

Ensures that SWIFT files are updates daily.

Ensures prompt update of Clirec Proof, App and Nostro for users.

Ensures users issues are swiftly handled.
