**Job Overview**
Support the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition function through development and implementation for all recruiting programs in a group of assigned business unit/departments, across various LATAM countries, with focus on Argentina, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil.

**Essential Functions**

+ Manage the **end‑to‑end recruitment process** for clinical roles, including intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing strategy definition, talent mapping, screening, competency‑based interviewing, candidate management, and offer coordination to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
+ Develop effective **job postings** and execute targeted sourcing across multiple channels, leveraging Boolean search, social platforms, professional networks, and internal databases.
