This summer job is offered as part of the Canada Summer Jobs program.

Position: Temporary Research Assistant – IDIGH department, Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI‑MUHC), Montreal, Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and organization of research projects.
• Recruit patients for research studies.
• Obtain consent from patients for participation in research studies.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Principal Investigator.

Education and Experience

• Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of work experience.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of oral and written French.
• Advanced knowledge of oral and written English.
• Autonomous, flexible, sense of ethics and good judgment.
