The Clinical Program Supervisor (CPS) is an integral leadership role within the Social Supports and Well-Being (SSWB) program areas and is suited to employees with strong organizational knowledge, clinical expertise, and experience working in complex service environments. The CPS provides leadership for programs delivered under the Children Youth and Families Act, Adoptions Act, Young Persons Offences Act, and the Youth Criminal Justice Act. This role includes clinical supervision of social workers, social worker assistants, community service workers, and administrative staff; oversight of SSWB service delivery; and leadership in case planning.
