Compensation

Pay Range: $65.09 – $76.14 per hour.

Position Summary

The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at CHEO provides comprehensive, state‑of‑the‑art critical care for children and adolescents aged 0–18. The PICU is a 13‑bed unit that treats a wide range of complex medical and surgical conditions, including congenital heart disease, respiratory failure, neurosurgery, trauma, sepsis, and multi‑organ dysfunction. This role is for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) who will work closely with attending physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver advanced patient‑centered care.

• Authorize, facilitate, and coordinate admissions, transfers, leaves of absence, and discharges for PICU patients.
