Clinical Manager
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support front‑line staff to ensure care delivery aligns with provincial legislation, professional standards of practice, and Bayshore policies.
Oversee clinical operations, ensuring patient assessments, care plans, treatments, and follow‑ups are completed accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team to implement patient satisfaction initiatives and ensure timely resolution and documentation of patient concerns.
Liaise with hospital partners, funders, and government programmes to support coordinated care and effective transitions.
Lead recruitment, orientation, training, performance management, and disciplinary processes in collaboration with Human Resources.
Assist in the implementation of Modified Work Programs for staff returning from leave or requiring accommodation.
