The Homelessness, Addiction, Recovery, and Treatment (HART) Hub is a transformative initiative spanning Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville counties, designed to provide a comprehensive continuum of care for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. With a combined capacity of 66 beds across two sites (one in Lanark – Smiths Falls) and (one in Leeds and Grenville – Brockville) the HART Hub encompasses withdrawal management, long-term addiction treatment, supportive housing, and potentially overnight shelter. This integrated model aims to address the complex needs of our communities through coordinated, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
