Assists sales in customer evaluations and pre-sale situations by presenting the clinical applications that corresponds with the product features being presented in order to bridge the gap between the sales process and the clinical application.
Provides support and troubleshooting to distributors and/or end users by telephone or visiting the account and identifying the critical issues (whether they be education, product, hospital, or departmental issues) and works to find solutions to those issues. The solution may involve Product Management, Technical Support, Service, or Hospital Personnel.
