The ideal candidate will be able:
To speak and write English fluently.
They will have some experience in a clinic environment whether as a previous manager or an MOA.
Knowledge in both QuickBooks and Accuro is ideal.
Can remain calm under pressure and during times of emergency.
Thinks outside the box and can offer solutions instead of problems.
Duties:
Will include doing schedules for staff and practitioners.
Payroll for staff and doctors, some accounts receivable and payables using QuickBooks.
Helping with interviews and will do HR duties.
Offer MOA support during staff holidays and absences.
