Client Support Representative What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and maintain detailed internal customer profiles in CargoWise, ensuring all departments have accurate and comprehensive customer information.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers, assisting them in selecting the most appropriate freight and logistics solutions, including preparing quotations as required.
Coordinate shipment bookings and validate ocean/air freight from origin to destination, ensuring timely updates and tracking information are communicated to customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service and managing special requests to build strong client relationships.
Manage daily communications related to assigned accounts, directing customer concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
