We're seeking a passionate Client Service Associate to join our client's wealth management team. You'll be the first point of contact for their high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Wealth Management team to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including account onboarding and client meetings.

    • Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Financial Services industry experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
