Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and checking them in to the hospital. You will be responsible for assisting clients, discussing fees and payment options, answering questions about emergency cases that may need to be seen, and collecting deposits and payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Assess patients at arrival and determine the appropriate level of care needed for each pet
