Responsibilities
React to moderately complex client inquiries and conduct research to solve issues within established guidelines.
Continuously transfer knowledge to resolve client issues in accordance with the Issue Resolution Methodology, clarifying impact with clients, validating through internal research, facilitating technical interactions, tracking issue status, and confirming corrective actions.
Act as the primary contact with the client to either resolve issues or define problems for subsequent action.
