What is the opportunity?You will interact directly with clients and conduct thorough reviews of clients' existing credit structures and unique circumstances to help find solutions. You will mitigate credit losses by implementing changes to the credit structure and providing sound Credit advice to clients.What will you do?

Handle incoming and outgoing client calls to negotiate changes and credit restructuring

Assess Personal clients' credit structures and determine if changes are required to mitigate risk

Interact with Account Managers and direct discussions with clients to negotiate changes and credit restructuring

Apply sound credit judgment, customer service, and financial advice skills

Complete credit applications in CASPER

In this role, you will communicate and interact frequently with RBC partners and/or employees located across Canada and/or worldwide
