Compensation

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $50,840 to $59,350. The base salary is determined by factors such as skills, experience, and other job‑related knowledge. In addition to base pay, compensation includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement – Focus on each client’s experience, anticipate needs, communicate promptly, and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Business Development – Proactively identify business opportunities, work with Investment Advisors to support activities, and assist in building investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Relationship Building – Heighten CIBC brand awareness by attending local events, participating in marketing and outreach activities, and growing a network to create lasting connections.
