Schedule and pre admits patients to Women's Health Centre for therapeutic abortion procedures by obtaining and documenting patient identifying information from physicians’ offices and pre-admits patient.
Liaise with Provider Physician's offices to ensure the appropriate documentation is provided.
Prepare, maintain and files health records of patients we have received care though Program Special Services.
Answer inquiries from the public concerning admission policies, fee structures and information about the Program, Special Services.
Maintain a system for ordering patient educational brochures, pamphlets, books and/or videos for WHC Programs by orders and storing materials, and by consulting with WHC staff regarding updates and corrections to patient education materials.
