Position Summary

Reporting to the Program Manager, Intensive Care Unit, the Clerk provides clerical and reception support to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the ICU and supports patient flow in a high-acuity environment. The Clerk coordinates communication among healthcare team members, completes required documentation and data entry within applicable systems, arranges transfers and appointments as required, prepares and distributes reports, and supports supply and equipment management.
