Clerical Support Associate – Haemodialysis Department, Nephrology Program

Employment Status: Permanent Full-time

Hours of Work: Monday - Saturday rotating 8-hour shifts, 06:30 am - 10:30 pm

Location: Humber River Health, Church Site

Reporting Relationship: Manager, Haemodialysis, Nephrology Program

Hourly Rate: $29.11 - $30.13

Position Responsibilities

• First line of contact with patients and their families.
• Provides administrative, clerical and customer service support including reception/customer service, answering telephones and organizing tests, procedures and lab work.
• Regular communication with Dietary department, input to and monitor Thoughtwire.
• Register patients for appointments and apply armbands within a 30‑minute window, re‑book missed wheel‑trans rides, assist drivers to locate patients.
