Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Coordinate short- and long-term solutions based on insurance policy coverage and client needs.
Maintain accurate records and communications in the CRM system.
Negotiate extensions and manage agreements with suppliers.
Resolve sensitive issues with clients and various stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to all stakeholders throughout the process.
