What You'll Do Here
Lead a team of technical experts in the field of construction, estimate writing, and property loss emergency response, as well as teams that support the claims handling operation.
Analyze data and results to assess process efficiency.
Work closely with colleagues in supply chain management to maintain a feedback loop that keeps our teams and vendors mutually well informed.
Lead and coordinate the activities of the team to achieve profitability, efficiency and customer satisfaction objectives.
Problem‑solve and innovate to drive continuous improvement of operational processes.
Participate in certain national committees.
Participate in the development and implementation of your business plan and implement the necessary structures to achieve the department's objectives.
