Job Summary:
Experienced position in Claim Department support, with responsibility in supporting the various functions of Claims support including but not limited to coding and processing payments, total loss back-end processing, and various other support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Makes and maintains a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs.
- Contacts or receives contact from customers or other claim related third parties to obtain and/or provide necessary file information to comply with quality and process standards.
- Completes all necessary forms, logs documents into the system, and routes them to the appropriate parties
- Performs bulk payment entry
- Handles processing voids
- Performs IRS data entry (W9s)
- Assigns demands from Arb Forums esubro hub
