Claims Analyst Level III, Commercial Marine

Join our Claims team as a Claims Analyst Level III, focusing on Commercial Marine claims and supporting Clients with high technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing Commercial Marine claims, including Property and some Energy losses.
• Handle Marine losses covering Hull, General Average, Cargo, and Inland Marine matters.
• Evaluate coverage, reserves, perform detailed claim investigations, and document the file appropriately.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers, brokers, underwriting and all business partners.
• Demonstrate customer service commitment by timely response to calls, emails, and letters.
• Handle claims in accordance with established corporate best practices, claim handling guidelines, and compliance and regulatory requirements.
