Job Summary / Responsibilities

• Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Gathers and correlates engineering data using established procedures and engineering principles.
• Works on engineering assignments involving transportation infrastructure, geotechnical investigations, pavements, and civil design support activities.
• Proposes solutions to project challenges through the adaptation and application of standard engineering methods and practices.
• Identifies discrepancies in technical results and supports corrective actions.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior staff and entry-level engineers where appropriate.
• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budgets and schedules with limited supervision.
