Our client is a respected, multi-division construction group delivering large, complex infrastructure projects across BC. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimating professional looking to lead major pursuits and play a key role in strategic project delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead the estimating function on large, complex civil construction projects
Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs to assess project requirements and risks
Manage proposal work plans to develop competitive and compliant bids
Support business development and pursuit strategy initiatives
Coordinate with owners, designers, JV/alliance partners, and internal teams
Review alternative technical solutions, value engineering options, and project schedules to optimize proposals
