Civil Field Supervisor

We’re seeking a Civil Field Supervisor to join our team in the Fraser Valley supporting civil construction projects across the region.

As a Civil Field Supervisor, you’ll lead a crew on site to get daily work done safely and on time. You’ll work hands‑on with a skilled crew in the field, ensuring safety, and efficiency every step of the way. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, tackling big challenges, and being part of projects that shape communities.

Although we are a union affiliated organization, being an active member is not a prerequisite.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead a civil crew to complete daily tasks safely and on time.
• Must have strong knowledge and understanding of grading and be able to independently set, check, and interpret grades on site.
