You as a Civil Estimator will:

  • Support a team through the completion of a bid process for infrastructure projects such as earthworks, underground and roadworks

  • Assemble accurate, timely, and well-organized estimates, including lump sum, unit rate, construction management, and design-build pursuits

  • Work on multiple bids simultaneously, when required, and not sacrifice the integrity of the bid due to workload

  • Organize and “bid level” sub-contractor quotes when the bid is successful, re-writing binders and assisting Project Managers in the buy-out process

  • Be responsible for completing project-specific general accounts for various project types and complexities

  • Be responsible for pricing out various projects based on previous historical rates and productivity
