Shape customer experiences as the Chief Operations Architect for CX at Gorgias. Lead the implementation of AI solutions that redefine ecommerce engagement and satisfaction.
This high-impact role is central to pioneering the next generation of the customer experience journey at Gorgias. You will develop and execute scaling strategies within the CX organization, promoting AI tools that enhance client interactions.
