Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Chief of Staff for one of our quickly growing technology start up clients. The client is a cleantech startup developing boutique net-zero AI data centres. Purpose: This role is the execution backbone of the CEO and Program Director. The Chief of Staff / Admin ensures documents, meetings, follow-ups, and gate deliverables move on time with zero drop-offs. This is not a clerical role — it is an execution-enabling role. They will CEO and Program Director to keep the 2026 roadmap on track. They manage information flow, document discipline, meeting cadence, and cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Own executive calendar, meeting preparation, and follow‑ups
Maintain the Master Document Index and ensure latest versions are circulated
Track action items from weekly execution and gate meetings
Coordinate internal teams, EPCs, consultants, and external partners
