Curico Area - Chile : Our client is looking for an Additional Chief General Manager to join the team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must have 15-20 years of experience in the fruit industry (preferably apples, kiwis, pears, and oranges - sourced around the world through our subsidiaries).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of global fruit procurement and export processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strong knowledge of English.
Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Leadership & Team Management
Oversee operations across overseas group companies, ensuring smooth procurement and dispatch.
Distribute work among junior staff everywhere, ensuring quality and efficiency.
