About the Job zerohash is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer for Europe and the UK, who will help shape and lead the compliance program for the UK and manage the Compliance team in the region. This broad role will be responsible for leading zerohash's compliance, regulatory and licensing processes in the UK. In addition, the position includes leading regional KYB/KYC client onboarding, transaction monitoring and sanctions compliance activities. This is a supervisory position that will manage a team of regional staff. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a great communicator, and has the ability to influence through respect and trust. You will report directly to the Head of Legal, EMENA.
This remote role is open to candidates in the UK. Responsibilities
+ Manage the full regional Compliance function, with a direct focus on the UK
+ Lead the zerohash UK licensing process under the new FSMA regulations
