1. 负责酒店会议、宴会、客房及餐饮等产品的市场推广与销售工作，完成所辖业务板块的年度销售目标；
2. 开发并维护本地企业客户、旅行社、会展公司等核心客户资源，建立长期稳定的合作关系；
3. 参与市场调研与竞品分析，协助制定区域营销策略及促销方案，提升酒店市场份额与品牌影响力；
4. 协调前厅部、餐饮部、宴会部等部门，确保销售承诺的服务标准落地执行，提升客户满意度与复购率；
5. 按要求及时、准确录入销售线索及合同信息至CRM系统，定期提交销售分析报告。

1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、酒店管理、工商管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具备2年及以上高星级酒店或国际品牌酒店销售岗位工作经验，有会议/宴会销售经验者优先；
3. 熟悉酒店运营流程及销售管理体系，具备较强的市场洞察力、客户谈判能力与合同履约意识；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及团队协作精神，能适应阶段性出差与弹性工作安排；
5. 普通话流利，具备基础英语听说读写能力，熟练使用Office办公软件。
