Head Pharmacy Technical Assistant

We are looking for a Head PTA to join our team. In addition to the duties required of a PTA, the Head PTA is responsible for managing the schedule based on pharmacy needs, implementing the protocols required by the OPQ, maintaining the appropriate standards, training new employees, and hiring with the pharmacist‑owner.

The candidate must have a short‑ to long‑term vision for the management of the pharmacy in collaboration with the pharmacist‑owner, and must be able to maintain a conducive work environment and appropriate customer service. Management experience is an asset, as is experience as a PTA.
