We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager for a 3–6 month contract on Gabriola Island. In this role, you will oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, plan menus, and ensure meals are prepared safely and to a high standard.

Plan and oversee daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook meals, ensuring quality and consistency.
Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager.
Food Safe Certificate mandatory.
Experience supervising staff and managing kitchen operations.
