**Chef de Partie** **Location:** Holiday Inn Kyoto Gojo
**Job Summary** As a Chef de Partie, you will support daily kitchen operations with a focus on breakfast buffet and light meals. Working closely with the culinary team, you will help deliver consistent quality and enjoyable dining experiences in line with Holiday Inn standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and cook dishes, mainly for breakfast buffet and light meals + Assist with food preparation and mise en place + Support reservation-based lunch and dinner service (buffet and course menus) + Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including dishwashing and tidying + Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met + Work collaboratively as part of the kitchen team
**Experience & Qualifications**
+ Experience as a cook in Western cuisine (3 years preferred) + Hotel kitchen experience in Western cuisine preferred
