We’re looking for a Chatbot Specialist to join Telia on a temporary parental leave replacement. This role focuses on maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing our chatbot to drive e‑commerce sales and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of the daily operations of the chatbot, ensuring its continuity and performance.
Monitor daily performance, logic flows, and technical operational stability to secure a seamless customer experience.
Analyze customer journeys, review feedback, and identify technical errors or areas for improvement.
Develop and support stakeholder collaboration, managing and updating digital content according to conversational design guidelines.
Consult closely with digital sales, marketing, and customer care teams to translate user insights into clear optimization steps.
Proactively identify and prioritize high‑impact issues and manage your own daily tasks independently.
