An exciting opportunity for a registered mental health nurse to join the nursing ward management team within Ward 4, Queen Margaret Hospital. Ward 4 is an 18-bed mixed‑sex ward providing ongoing assessment to older adults with organic mental illness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage within the ward, supporting team members and associated professionals.
• Provide high‑standard, person‑centred clinical care.
• Contribute to optimising teamwork and support the Senior Charge Nurse.

Qualifications

• Registered mental health nurse with significant experience in adult mental health in‑patient services.
• Demonstrable leadership skills.
• Degree level education or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to person‑centred care, professional development and quality improvement.
